Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The job is labor-intensive, and the compensation is low for the amount of work needed to be accomplished. There's no holiday premium pay. Support team is expected to work during the holidays, and earned HOTO credits just end up being expired without getting consumed due to difficulty in approval.
