I have a very supportive VP and EVP. Jardi Dizon and Joseph Dy. Jardi Dizon is a great mentor. He will not hesitate even for a moment to educate, coach, develop. He even has a weekly session with the ACMs to provide ELP especially on operational rigor and processes.
