The production area I am working with is friendly environment.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Its 50-50 percent because sometimes our needs aren't granted but we understand since we commit work. We cannot please everyone.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued when there is increase in wage. As per team, we are not eligible. Would it be fair that the newly agents are much higher rate because they are eligible of the increase than us which is tenured.
