So far everything is great except for the basic salary I am somewhat not accepting it but I am hoping it will increase

Diversity, different personality but same goal. Fun to be with and very simple and young people but high level of maturity
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel my basic salary doesnt compensate my years of experience working in the BPO industry. This is by far the lowest rate I have been offered.
