Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Salary for senior managers is higher in metro sites. I'm currently paid 110K/mo versus 150k/mo or 160k/mo in other companies. I've checked Glassdoor comments.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Allow employees to work from home or work on site. On my case, I am working on site but my direct reports prefer working from home or some even hybrid.
