What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

be kind, understanding, patient with each other.

What makes you most happy at work?

Comfort break. Prayer. Lunch. Prayer. Comfort.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

When we can laugh together, spend time together and just be kind to one another instead of gossiping about each other, saying mean things or passing snarky unnecessary comments about someone.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

Because we get ignored by the higher management simply because we are a smaller campaign. Our needs are not met whereas other campaigns are well taken care of. Not cool. Not fair. TP management doesn't care about the agents, they'll only jump when something goes wrong.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

Best part about Teleperformance is manager Ahmad Jackson, he actually cares & goes the extra mile for people whereas the people who is supposed to tend to us & is in higher position than him such as our CCM Sean Stone who doesn't really care & doesn't respond to emails shows us TP does NOT care.
