Teleperformance is a great company. I love working here. some of my co-workers have been nothing but friendly, and my managers have always been welcoming. I feel if the top management understood the blue print of the Teleperformance company it would be the world's greatest BPO.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Teleperformance is a great company and has a great culture. The blue prints of the company is for it's employees, and customers. I believe that Teleperformance implements the happy employee, happy customer rule.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am a philanthropist, so helping people is second nature to me. Coming to work 5 days a week to help ensure that I do my utmost best to resolve a customer's query is the highlight of my day. The cherry on top would be those friendly customers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like most about our leadership would be our managers. Our managers go above and beyond for the team. They always ensure that they try their utmost best to keep us as the agents happy, and our questions answered. But sadly our CCM is not responding nor paying attention to our campaign
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Our CCM verbally approved the incentives program, and when a follow up is done, he is not responding to our managers. It is actually sad and demotivating as we work very hard to ensure that our campaign stays all green. Our stats have always been green, and a little appreciation would make a differe

I believe that if we could all come to work to do what is required of us, and focus on ensuring that we provide the best customer services to our customers, this would be indeed a great place to work.
