We get the job done and all log on if a contingency happens to help out some without pay

Job satisfaction when agents do well but feel they need compensated more as the agents are the most important people in TP
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I do not feel undervalued however I feel Northern Ireland are paid lower than the mainland. I know there are agents in the mainland on the same money as our Team Leaders
