My entire career at the company has been a terrible experience and when you speak about it, its just a joke and well one of your established Team Leaders has said that it is a joke, so the confidence I had in giving my all is down the drain

Communication, Transparency, stop treating people like numbers and children.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The individuals currently working with me right now,, are the damn hardest working people on this campaign and we are being treated like a big fat nothing
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Right now, nothing! The only thing I look forward to is spending time at work with Team mates. Not Managers, not Team Leaders but those on the same journey as myself
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Well the campaign is closing down, ACCM's all jumping ship with no proper communication, your manager comes in screaming at everyone because they just dont care as their work-life is sorted, so you tell me how can it be improved when complaints are raised with no outcome
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Answered previously but also, friends of Team leaders and managers are getting opportunities that I have worked hard for and dedicated myself to. At this point, growth and a better salary is all I want and to be part of an organisation that cares about me as a person and not a number
