Being kind cost nothing, I think people here are just frustrated due to being overworked and under paid.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We feel like we are doing labor in our country due to it being cheaper labor, when we are dealing with UK agents doing the same work but getting paid way more, they are able to survive on their wage we are not.
