The pay is very poor for what I do.

Completing my work load and solving agents issues - where possible
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They communicate very well.... but sometimes think they're just paying us lip service
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I have 2 people in my team who actively work against the rest of us. Not team players and are often the perpetrators playing the victims.
