They are good to be with outside of working hours.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
My immediate line leader and some of my teammates. They are happy to be with.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For me the upper leaders are not that considerate though I understand they need to be firm with their decisions. The company is too much in their cost cutting to the point that employees does not have good compensation and OTs are not being paid.
