I hope to not get flag to this but to be honest, I like the company. I like the people and their minds, I like the purpose and I like working with this said purpose. If I can get somehow an increase in terns if salary, I think this is the best job that I have been a part of. we just need the support

they are passionate and they strive to produce numbers

I am not undervalued but I think the salary and bonus needs to somehow have an increase so that a lot of employees can actually grow within the company.
What are some of the best things about your team?
we are extremely aware of the purpose of our team and we are willing to go out of our way just to produce the numbers that we need in order to look good.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the team that we have handles a very specialized group of people who have limits in their capability. the moment that we have a room for them in terms of account, we can push through with our mission and fulfill our long term goals.
