There are some leaders that need to be educated back with the basic GMRC. Especially Windylyn Jeruz.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I am handling 4 people with 6 sites as a Supervisor. Compensation is low compared to other BPO companies with same position.
