staying here 3 for more than a decade I am happy, but I really hope TP will consider to give retirement pay to us employees of more than 10 yrs.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
If we will somehow have a better multiplier in our APA (salary Increase) TPs salary is not that competitive with other BPO companies. In crease work from home offers and retain WAHA employees on WAHA (let us not force them to go back to the office).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
1. PLease consider retirement pay for employees of 10 yrs and up. 2. 14th month pay should also be considered. 3. Free health card for at least 1-2 family members ( we are still paying for it if we will enroll 1-2 members of our family) 4. hazard pay. 5. so hard to approve Overtime for employees
