To be honest, I chose to stay in the company because of my superior and managers, they are good leaders and friends, without them maybe I am already separated from the company.

We are supporting each other even in personal matters.

My immediate superior up to the Senior Director level, they always make sure that we have enough time to rest, and that's very important in a workplace.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think it would be better if we will have an increase with our basic pay, we are obviously underpaid, Salary is not equal to the demand.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If we will talk about the compensation, I think salary package in TP is not fair, there are departments that received too much based on their workload where we here in HR ER are not receiving what we deserve that is why most of our colleagues chose to resigned and applied to other company who offer
