It's all good, the fact that I'm still at my 4th day of training. The rules were imposed, training and trainers were great and the account is also quite challenging and I'm looking forward to the company and account's success.

It's the people and the management.

They are all friendly and fun to be with.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Not yet receiving any, but all in all, it should be good.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
At the start of the class, rules and regulations were already imposed and they were all professionals in handling us/people.
What makes you most happy at work?
The fact that I have a job and was already looking forward to the account that we're having. Hopefully, the LOB is good and would continue to prosper.
