They very enthusiastic, young and full of life. I feel like of their age bracket. I forgot I'm of senior age already. It's a lot of fun!

Since I am a retiree, this is something new, out of my comfort zone. My first time working in a BPO. This is an adventure, and I'm excited everyday. Always looking forward. Thanks.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Since we're using our 2nd language English, and talk to the English speaking natives, the more I'll get comfortable with it, and I'll be able to talk to them regularly, and it's a daily learning process. And learn more on JBMC's products, widen my knowledge on financial services.
