The company policies are great and the company itself is nice. But, some of the employees are very complacent at work.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Our co-workers should learn work ethics, respect towards others and efficiency.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
they should hire someone who is efficient at work and values work ethics.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am happy when my I achieve a lot of things at work and when my colleagues do the same instead of loitering.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They should see if their downlines are overload or not. And they should also see to it that operation leaders do not mistreat us back office support.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We should be paid according to our workload. For example, there are work that we need to overtime to supervise contractor but we are not allowed to overtime without it being pre-approved. That means, our overtime is planned which I don't think make sense.
