Well, TP has a good work environment compared to others.

I don't know. These days, I don't feel good working at TP anymore
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Outsourced employees(support team) must be absorbed directly to TP. We have rendered more than a year to TP and yet why can't they hire us directly?
