I didn't feel any discrimination towards our US counterparts and also everyone is engaging.

They are able to get continuous improvement and always level up the game to achieve our organization's goal.

They are all collaborative and proactive. They can work under pressure and still find time to help out whenever needed.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We don't have free dependents for HMO. There's no additional support for Maternity Benefits and no emergency loans. Hope that this can be revisited specially now that inflation is still around. Though I also understand that our company now is trying to stay afloat.
