at the moment the changes in the management team is great and i guess the key why we achieve all goals of the company, although tired events and perks also incentives makes us feel valued and appreciated by the company

the leadership team knows how to appreciate us now than the old team before and i love them
What are some of the best things about your team?
they help me out vice versa and its just their attitude its fun to interact with them one reason why i always look forward to go to work
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
i think work experience although its short is still good and also seniority must be taken consideration to be paid fairly, and newcomers are most of the time have high salary although former job experiences aren't related to our job description.
