awesome people but some leaders need 'people handling skills' Training. Some are just promoted because they know how to do the job but fail in people skills

friendly, transparent leaders. Not having a boss mentality

the team is ok but leadership seems distant and not that transparent

TP keeps aqcuiring other companies but its employees cant feel the business growth

the tools that are available now that voices out employee needs and satisfaction (quarter reviews, tp link, etc)
