almost 18 years of working in tp. A decade of those I was an SME. I tried to apply for higher positions but since my salary as an agent is a bit high compare to others I am having hard time and recently I tried to apply but I have a corrective action that I need to wait for 1yr to be cleared.

Since I am tenured I am treated with respect and honesty
What makes you most happy at work?
Environment. Co workers. I like what I do in the account.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Travel account in other companies have competitive allowance but the one I was xferred with does not have one and just copied the allowance policy of my previous account.
