We love TP, but please listen to your employee's sentiments regarding compensation and benifits as this is the oldest drivers that has not being fix, we promote people with 10% increased on thier current package is somehow need to review

Revisit the company compensation since I join this company for way back 2009, compensation and benifits is low priority reason we have higher attrition

Benifits and compensation- this is the longest battle cry of TP employees, in each survey this is always part of TOP drivers and until now not being heard
