They are very hospitable, friendly and we really do work as a team because the team leader shows true leadership
What makes you most happy at work?
To learn new things because i know day by day i have a lot of things to learn especially about being a call center agent
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like how he/she handle us trainee's, always make sure that we listen to every word that he/she says, makes it interesting for us, he/she makes it into a fun learning.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Inside the building you will see all the agents hang out, busy and has a smile on their faces, i can truly see that t6he company treated them well and that is why the company is a safe environment to work as an agent.
