What are some of the best things about your team?
Dynamics. We are fully aware of our goal which is to grow the account and each workstream is working hand in hand to reach that goal.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I always feel valued and get the support I need from my director. ACMs who doesn't have Managers to guide them daily deserves an additional allowance as they do more that just a normal ACM so. They do some of the task of CM.
