There is no longer a human touch in the management compared to when I started. It seems now that everything is about profit

Things should be balanced. It is understandable that this is a business and needs to profit but it does not mean that employees wellbeing are neglected because of this.

The compensation no longer meets the basic needs. Baguio is still on provincial rate when in reality, expenses here are costly than most places. Even bonuses was reduced by a lot
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
With all of the negative things that happened in less than a year. The company culture plummets drastically. If there solution is to pay employees less or force tenured employees to leave their post for a better opportunity and hire newbies that they can pay less, then is is a problem
