Realign supposed titles to roles and task to actual pay grade.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Do not hire folks with possible criminal charges. Promote people who are truly knowledgable of the role not because of politics and hype

What are some of the best things about your team?

There are a handful of resources who do what they say and really know what they do. Promoted because of pure talent and hard work.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?

Allocate proper hc per task to decrease error rates and lessen unnecessary stress. Leaders shoukd have a defined outline of task responsibilities. Cost cutting is causing increase back and forth, errors on task due to over stretching personnel coverage on top of without proper onboarding.
