The overall experience is good, but it could be better if we take a look how the employees are being compensated then I think it will be a perfect company.

They always put budget to all needed but needs to work on and focus with employee skills development.

We work even on a our rest days and I guess we need to be compensated with that not just with a simple treat but whenever we have urgent request we are being requested to do something on our RD
