I feel we have a lot to work on employee appreciation - I do not see people being proud that they are part of TP just basing it from Social Media engagement, and for me, that is because we do not have a lot of employee engagement because we are always trying to trim down expense.

Consistent with the initiatives and fair treatment on benefits - it will be good if we only have one rule when it comes to benefit policy
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
There are employees with different contract ex. on how we get paid for the unused leaves, some are getting paid 10 days, while most people is just 5 days.
