There are a lot of best part about the compensation package such as rice allowance, incentive, night differential etc

I think that everyone try to help each other and that everyone looks like they are having fun with the training
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive culture I may say is that the company is supportive about different gender, and everyone is free to express themselves

I like how they are always willing to assist me, to clarify things and to entertain my questions as someone who is new hired and new to the industry
What makes you most happy at work?
As a newbie in the industry, what makes me happy at work is that I know that I will learn a lot and experience things here which will make me improve and grow as a professional
