As of now, since I'm a newly hired agent, I can say that there are a lot of things I've learned from my company that help enhance my understanding and communication skills. Additionally, I've meet alot of friends.

The best part of the compensation package are having a good basic salary, the Benefits, and also the rice allowance

It makes me happy when i help my customer with thier inquiries or problems and also to learn new things.

The positive thing about the culture and environment at my company is that they help me learn new things to be better at my job.
