Leadership team leads the team to the success and gives the team a consistency in regards with team goal and tasks

As of now since it is just my first day I can't really give any best thing about my team but I am looking forward that we will be having a good communication and a strong connection with each other

The best part of he package is that the client really make sure that the workers or the agent are being paid and do have the incentives for the hard work and for the good performance that leads the company grow
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Teleperformance for me is a great and a new company for me to be also to grow my career as well as my character development and regards with the culture I am looking forward for the culture since I am just a newbie as of the moment
