the most positibe about it, is it treats fairly, and doesn't do bias.

They are thoughtful, and indeed the leadership skill is there and dominating or managing the team in a good way.

what makes me happy, is knowing that i can see my coworkers and able to work in a great company.

The best thing about them is, they are fun to be with and the interaction is really good with them. i also learn more new things to them, especially to those who has an experience in being a csr.
