So far, so good. My supervisor is approachable, the leadership team are all nice and helpful, as a newbie here in the BPO industry the team helped me big time. I just started with the training and it is also not that bad, my co-trainees are nice, I get to know a lot of people, so overall its good.
What makes you most happy at work?
The new learnings in our classes and my co-trainees.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are very approachable, and very helpful when it comes to our concerns and questions in regards to our accounts.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company environment is nice, the employees there are nice to us (trainees) and also the staff are also very helpful and friendly.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health care benefits, in case we encounter health issues in the future. I also like the account allowance, that add up so much with the package.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The general differences, I got to know other personalities with them and some of them have already had BPO experiences so I was able to ask them random questions in my head about working in the industry.
