Each has his own role in a team to make the team work.

The leadership is efficient (in doing things right) and effective (in getting things done).
What are some of the best things about your team?
Very eager to be immersed in the actual scenario. Although there may be gaps, these can be addressed with the proper intervention.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The value you can bring to the table may not be enough to warrant the desired compensation given the fact that one is novice to the industry.
