If the account will be downsizing, they will check another account for the agent to be reprofiled.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
For now, I feel undervalued because I was just advice by the recruitment team how much compensation or allowances, I will be receiving in my new account compared to my previous account it's too small. I did not yet receive a personal change notice for me to know what exactly my compensation will be.
