The account allowance. Because my first BPO experience don't have an account allowance.

The most positive about the culture and environment at my company is it is not a toxic company. All of us is treated equally.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
for me, I like the best about the leadership team is when having a sense of ownership, being impactful to the team and lastly, can communicate without boundaries.
