What do you like best about the leadership team?
The proper designation of tasks and trainer assigned was well handled
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
The policy. I know company is looking what the best services as possible to offer employees and I think it wont be great to revisit some of it and innovate for the win-win outcome
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the hiring process is something I can share that brings positive experience. Some policy like bringing only transparent tumbler is something I don't really like the idea of it. I have many dots ny company restricted colored tumblers.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team leaded by trainer Timmy has a common goal, and desire to achieve it at the end of the training period which also develop team work, collaboration, friendship, enthusiasm as a group, and a united power that bring positive change throughout our Teleperformance's journey.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The HMO should be effective the moment the employee started working because our health is at risk and I believe TP leaves on the Health and safety of the employees so I hope the company stands by it the moment the employee is hired as it is understood they are part of the family already.
