The best part is we won't have to pay tax because our salary doesn't exceed 10k

The best things about my team is their determination and motivation to excel in this job even though some of them is inexperienced and doesn't really know how the job works
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Its very good that the company's culture also include the quality training program for the new employee's as they're lot of people who have a hard time adapting to the fast paced environment and 3 months training is enough time for them to learn and adapt to the process
