I'm excited to go to work because, aside from having tasks to do, I'll obviously be earning my salary.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The salary for tenured agent is too low and they always transferred out the agent even if the performance is good.
What are some of the best things about your team?
To my new team in my new account I didn't know them initially, but I can say that some of them are good and easy to get along with.
