What are some of the best things about your team?
They are easy to talked too, they help me if I need some help and they make me comfortable.
What makes you most happy at work?
The people I am working with and the new skills that I am about to ignite. And of course the salary
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I never yet met most of the leaders in my new account (TEMU), however, I can clearly say that they know what they are talking about, especially my trainer. He is strict yet considerate and very professional.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I don't complain but I do not understand. Tenured mostly told me that the company would not lessen my basic pay but would add it if possible. But as I was informed by my POC, my basic pay will be retained however they will not give me the Rice allowance since my basic is high.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People at my company do not judge. I mean they do but in a good way. They value the comfort for the people working in which they do not have strict dress code policy and one thing that I love about my company is they do not waste the talent of there agents, they will not immediately terminate them.
