Since this is my first job, I felt anxious about having a mistake but unfortunately, I realized that these experiences is a great platform to showcase my skills and knowledges.

Developing new learnings motivates me to do my work professionally which makes me happy because it developed me as a employee and as a person.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Honestly, I really appreciate how patient Miss Ronalyn is including the other leader as well, because they assured every trainors that we don't have to worry about everything 'cause they're willing to help.
What are some of the best things about your team?
To be honest, as my second day I can't say that I already have the best team because I don't socialize often not because I don't want to, but I just love doing my job alone.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Teleperformance Company offers HMO for their employee in order to maintain their healthiness which not every company has. Additionally, the fact that they want to assure employees that they are paid whenever they're sick as a result of a better strategy
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
I believe, 2 way communication is necessary in order to change to make the company culture better, wherein the agent must follow trainors and the trainor will ask if the agents if they understand the specific topic, which shows open-communication wherein the agent and trainor are helping each other.
