they share different stories about themselves and they are as interested as working as I am

they sound ecstatic and optimistic about their job and very encouraging towards their team members and trainees
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
as far as I have observed and that given it is my first training day, is that they have this habit of allowing each and every one to talk about themselves and commitment to the work
