My coworkers and the new account that I am into right now.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
With my previous account which is the BSMH they are the worse. Specially Kelvin (the boss).
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Whether you have 5,6,7 years experience, the compensation that they offered or you will be getting is the same rate with No BPO experience and NO JOB Experience at all.
