New experiences since Life is a classroom itself before I take a step to pursue my study to become a good barista after saving up enough money.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
We are informed that incentive seems uncertain though, I guess I need someone to clarify about it. And there is a compensation, salary is like a joke to me. But I will have to gain experience from this job anyways.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING, RESPECT, CONSIDERATION OPEN-MINDNESS, TEAMWORK and BE HUMBLE to say that we know nothing, so we have to keep learning until we get the best! Also, every member of the team should not be forgotten or feeling left out. No FAVORISM or FAVORISTISM tolerated which won't help.
