My overall experience in this company was amazing. From the first day until the fifth. The trainer did well in her job to maintain the discussions in making us learn something as well as the SME's. We may be separated by the end of the training but they will always be a family to me.

The positivity in the workplace environment comes from the people I encounter every day. The guards approach me in a friendly manner, random people always greet me with a smile, and the team in the training room feels like family.

What I like best about the leadership team is that they work cohesively. From organizing the initial interviews to the hiring process, they handle everything smoothly. Additionally, having a supportive trainer who provides guidance and advice is invaluable. We truly feel like a family here.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Best thing about the team is when they treat me as a family. We may be nervous at some things but they don't forget to assure me/us that every thing we're doing now is a part of being an agent who will do well in the future.
