Learning new techniques and fix my mentality in dealing with not just customers but the people around me.

I'm quite amazed that we have a rice allowance it isn't something I was expecting to receive as part of compensation.
What are some of the best things about your team?
so far my team has been easy to approach I've been trying to communicate with everyone to keep the workplace as soothing to one's mental health.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
For me, the biggest green flag at this company is being able to speak up and open up our issues. Of course, granted speaking up should be done in moderation so as not to be a complainer but rather a problem solver.
