What is the best part about your compensation package?
I didn't expect that TP offers a lot of compensation most especially in having a rice allowance monthly. I think that was the best part.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leaders are great. They encourage the traniees to do better and to become the best version of themselves. They also do their best to educate the trainees that is crucial in the production.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team are approachable and as early as two weeks I can say that we already have a grest bond with each other. Moreover, we helped each other as a team because for us no one should be left behind.
